V-Trust Corporation is an engineering company focused on top-quality parts solutions in brakes, engine parts and new technology areas, priced to compete. More than half of our people are engineers, and that ratio is the reason top U.S. and Canadian retailers, program groups and distributors have trusted us with their programs for more than twenty years.
A lot of suppliers can promise a quality part. Far fewer can deliver the same quality on the ten-thousandth unit as on the sample, on schedule, container after container, for twenty years. That gap is where we built the company. We invested in an engineering team before we invested in a sales team, because a formulation, a hub tolerance or a fitment record either holds up under testing or it does not — no amount of relationship management changes that.
That is also why customers keep working with us. It is not a slogan on a wall; it is a strong engineering team, decades of channel experience on both sides of the border, and continued investment in the equipment and testing that make consistency possible, batch after batch.
Trust is not morality only — it is ability.
Good intentions do not hold a part together on a highway on-ramp in February. Ability does — the right formulation, the right tolerance, the right process control, checked again on the next batch. We say "ability" on purpose, because it is the standard we can actually be held to. A buyer does not need to take our word for it; they can put a sample on a dynamometer, audit the production line, or read the test report. That is what we mean by trust.
Most suppliers are one of these. Being all three means fewer handoffs, fewer surprises, and one company accountable for the part from raw material to your DC.
Our formulations, our specifications and our quality system, built at IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified partner plants: brake pads, shoes and rotors, precision wheel hub assemblies and engine parts — copper-free / low-copper friction, 100% asbestos-free.
Container-direct supply of brakes, hubs and engine parts — including components for Cummins, Caterpillar, Ford, GM and Mitsubishi engines — into North America, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, managed from Markham.
In-house formulation and testing, a fifteen-plus-year wind tunnel programme, and AI-driven catalog, fitment and demand-forecasting tools built for our channel partners.
Our production base in China runs forging and six testing laboratories — the same laboratories behind every test report we send a customer. These are long-term partner plants in which V-Trust holds strategic investments, running our formulations and our quality system. Markham is head office and engineering; California is customer support. Nothing is brokered through an anonymous sub-supplier.
Global supply & capacityCommercial team, engineering support, programme management, catalog data and quality documentation for North American customers.
U.S. office for customer and account support. Product ships container-direct from origin to your distribution centres.
Long-term partner plants in which V-Trust holds strategic investments. IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified manufacturing, with forging and six testing laboratories on site.
Region-specific documentation and support for customers and distributors outside North America.
None of these are complicated. All of them are hard to keep up for two decades, which is exactly why they matter.
A technical question gets an engineer's answer, not a sales rep's guess — usually the same day.
IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 production we run ourselves, with batch traceability and audit access on request.
Quotes, coverage questions and data requests get a same-day response, not a queue.
We plan for the second year and the fifth year of a line review, not just the launch order.
Wind tunnel design, build and installation is a different business from brake pads — climatic and aerodynamic wind tunnels and environmental chambers, engineered to OEM standards. We have run this programme for more than fifteen years, with completed projects for BMW, Hyundai and Volvo.
It is the same engineering culture behind both businesses. The team that solves a thermal-flow problem for an OEM is the same team that owns your friction formulation — which is why a technical question on a brake program rarely has to leave the building.

The same laboratories and testing discipline behind our OEM wind tunnel work back every brake, hub and engine part we ship.
More than half of the people at V-Trust are engineers — in formulation, testing, tooling, hub design and our wind tunnel programme. If you want to do engineering work that ships in volume and gets tested before it leaves the building, we are always glad to hear from qualified engineers and technical staff.
